Your gift to Nebraska Children and Families Foundation -

• Supports comprehensive early childhood policy efforts and programs that focus on the critical, first years of life when the foundations of children's cognitive, emotional and social development are laid;
  
  
• Helps reduce the risk of child abuse and neglect through partnerships and policy, and strengthens parent education programs, home visitation services and health screenings across the state of Nebraska;
  
  
• Enhances the educational experiences and academic achievement of children and youth through parental engagement programs in schools, support for after-school programming, and positive youth development efforts;
  
  
• Empowers at-risk youth in foster care and tribal communities through programs and policy initiatives that encourage the development of positive living skills and the transition to independence;
  
  
• Supports people and programs in communities across the state working to strengthen families, prevent child abuse and neglect, support positive youth development, and build community collaboratives.
